1X Stronger Together was founded to raise awareness and give a voice to those suffering from mental health issues.

It is time we all acknowledge that mental health is not a weakness and can affect anyone.

We want to make it OK to talk about mental health, just as you would talk about any other illness or injury, and remove the stigma.

We're here to provide support to those who are suffering, raise awareness in those who are not, and raise funds for those who provide services to those affected.
